DescriptionKforce has a client in Alpharetta, GA that is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple Scrum teams and support the successful delivery of business-critical software development initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and collaborative professional with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive Agile best practices, remove obstacles, and ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives* Manage and support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously* Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives* Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution* Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting* Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement* Coordinate resources across multiple teams and time zones* Monitor project dependencies and proactively address roadblocks* Ensure accurate Jira documentation, reporting, and time tracking* Support change management and business transformation initiatives* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively* Prioritize competing demands while maintaining focus on business objectives and delivery timelinesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required* 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master and project delivery experience* Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence* Proven experience leading software development projects and Agile teams* Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment* Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrentlyPreferred Qualifications:* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification* Experience with process improvement and business transformation initiatives* Background as a Software Development Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, or Scrum MasterRequired Skills:* Agile/Scrum Methodologies* Project & Program Management* Jira and Confluence* Stakeholder Management* Risk & Issue Management* Business Analysis* Change Management* Process Improvement* Cross-Functional Team Leadership* Written and Verbal Communication* Organizational & Time Management SkillsJob TypeContractCompensation60 - $65
