We are looking to expand our team across the Central Hampshire area with kind, compassionate and caring individuals.Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to remain independent in their own homes.We value each and every member of the team and are committed to supporting people throughout their careers.Our amazing Care Professionals provide a variety of non-medical services to our clients in minimum 1-hour support visits.Duties may include:Personal Care – such as assisting a client to get up in the morning, taking them to the bathroom, helping them take a bath/shower and dress, following a nightime routine and assisting to bed.Home Help – Preparing Breakfast's Lunches and Dinners, light cleaning duties to include such things as making the bed, laundry, cleaning round the bathroom.Dementia CareCompanionshipMedication SupportWe always try to go above and beyond, It's a wonderful feel good job, it's not always easy but it is certainly rewarding.We are looking for people who have availability to work between the hours of 4pm-10pm including alternate weekends.QualificationsIt would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people, but full training will be provided.Applicants should ideally have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
