Join Our Team And Experience Endless Career PossibilitiesThis position is responsible for repairing and maintaining all upholstered materials, furniture and finishes.Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:Repairs and maintains all upholstered materials, furniture and finishesSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for all departmental logs, record keeping and labor recording pertinent to their day-to-day job dutiesAssists other trades on tasks, as neededMaintains a clean and safe work environmentMinimum Education and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentFour years of upholstery, repair and replacement experienceIn lieu of previous work experience, two years of education in this field may be substitutedCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:Good written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of the property layout including pits, sections and zonesTraining Requirements:Mandated safety classesProper use of tools and equipment required to complete job dutiesPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Must be able to work in a smoking environment as well as various weather conditions including extreme hot and coldMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
