Job Title: Laboratory Assistant


Location: Bethlehem, PA

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shift: Monday-Friday

• Flexible start time:
  
  
  • 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or
  • 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• Onsite: 100% Onsite
• OT: Yes (Hourly position with overtime eligibility)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in a scientific field preferred
• 1-3 years of laboratory experience
• Must have GMP experience
• Must have experience ordering supplies/inventory
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
• Candidates from Food, Chemical, Energy, or other regulated manufacturing laboratories are welcome
• Laboratory documentation
• Sample management

Primary Responsibilities

• Laboratory supply inventory management
• Chemical and reagent labeling
• Reference standard management
• QC purchasing and receiving
• Raw material and packaging component sampling
• Sample storage and retain management
• Laboratory document organization
• Calibration documentation
• Instrument calibration support
• Gas cylinder change-outs
• Data entry and documentation
• Data summary reporting
• GMP documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• General laboratory housekeeping and organization
