Investment Banking Analyst - New York, NY We are seeking a driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of investment banking experience and a strong foundation in M&A execution and financial analysis. Responsibilities Support execution of sell‑side and buy‑side M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) Prepare client‑facing materials, including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and management presentations Conduct industry, company, and financial analysis to support transaction execution and business development Manage data rooms, diligence requests, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors Work closely with Associates and senior bankers in fast‑paced, lean deal teams Qualifications 1–3 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred) Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform under tight deadlines Why Join Early exposure to live transactions with meaningful responsibility Direct interaction with senior bankers and clients Entrepreneurial, performance‑oriented culture with strong mentoring Competitive compensation consistent with elite boutique firms #J-18808-Ljbffr
