Healthcare Call Center Representative - Remote California

Gainwell Technologies is seeking healthcare call center representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support members with questions regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services. This is a 100% remote position; however, candidates must reside in the state of California. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource by helping members navigate important healthcare programs while delivering a positive, professional experience. Your role in our mission

• Answer inbound member calls and provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
• Research member inquiries, resolve issues, and respond within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Accurately document member interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with team members, leadership, and business partners to resolve member concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to members as needed to provide updates, obtain additional information, or support business initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Must reside in the state of California.
• Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center or customer contact center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to provide professional, customer-focused service while handling a high volume of member interactions.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications, CRM systems, and telephone technology while assisting customers.

The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
