Job Overview:

Pay Range: $14.00hr - $19.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
• Ability to work from heights.
• Ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.
• Background Check Required.
• Drug Test required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate safely within the organization’s policy, procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Participate fully in the organization’s safety programs.
• Perform critical operations to keep the facility running including loading and unloading trucks and railcars.
• Handle grain operations such as filling and reclaiming ground piles, transferring, and blending.
• Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable interaction.
• Maintain the general appearance of the facility including elevators, grounds, and buildings.
• Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
• Participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment.
• Notify management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.
• Engage as an active member of the team.
• Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping and cleaning floors.

Qualification And Education:

• 1+ years of experience.

Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):

• Ability to climb ladders.
