Hello, We are a family based near west Akron, Ohio, seeking a dedicated elder care provider. We need someone who can assist with personal care and ensure a comfortable, caring environment for our loved one. The position involves tasks such as bathing, ensuring overall hygiene, and providing compassionate personal care. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for the ideal candidate. This is a live-out position, so your own transportation and reliable commuting arrangements are necessary. Our focus is on retaining a sense of home care for our loved one, so previous experience in home care is highly valued. We provide competitive compensation beginning at $20 per hour, reflecting the importance we place on finding the right individual to join our family in this essential role. If you are patient, caring, and experienced in elder care, we would love to hear from you. we live in Bath Township, just west of Akron. In our late 70's, my wife is on 24/7 oxygen, uses a bi-pap machine, a power chair in house and an electric scooter outside, assistance in dressing, laundry and other routine household and personal chores. Includes meal assistance and driving our car. We do provide payroll service. We currently have a long-term assistant from 9 to 4 weekdays. We are in need of consistent weekday 4-8:30PM coverage.
