No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience. Unemployment No more than 24 months of unemployment in the last 3 years for regular accounts. Terminations No recent safety terminations. Felonies All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years. Misdemeanors All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.
