  • Help coordinate offer letters, onboarding logistics, and pre-employment processes (background checks, E-Verify, etc.).
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, and outreach efforts as needed.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, or a similar path.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support (internships included).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with or exposure to ATS systems (e.g., iSolved, iCIMS, Lever, etc.).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in government contracting (GovCon) or DoD environments.
  • Familiarity with cleared recruiting or working with candidates holding security clearances.
  • Exposure to compliance requirements such as OFCCP, EEO, or E-Verify.
  • Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or ClearanceJobs.
  • Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiter role supporting technical and cleared hiring.
